1. Overview of Plans

The Atlantic ERP is designed to cater to businesses of different sizes with customizable plans suited for Small Businesses, Growing Businesses, and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Each plan comes with varying features, support levels, and trials to meet your specific business needs.

2. Commercial Use License

By purchasing any of the ERP plans, you are granted the right to use Atlantic ERP under the following terms:

  • Commercial Use License: All plans are licensed for commercial use, meaning you can utilize the ERP software to manage business operations, track resources, and streamline workflows.
  • User Limitations: Each plan allows a specific number of users and features, which are based on the plan tier. Additional users may require purchasing higher-tier plans or adding user licenses.

Basic ERP

For Small Businesses or Startups

  • Full ERP Software Access: Access all core ERP features, including finance, inventory management, HR, and reporting.
  • Basic Support: Email and phone support available from 9 AM – 5 PM (local time).
  • Maintenance & Updates: Basic updates and patches, ensuring the software operates smoothly.
  • 14-Day Trial: Test all features free for 14 days before committing to the plan.
  • Commercial Use License: You are granted a commercial use license for businesses with up to 5 users. Ideal for small-scale operations and startups looking to streamline their business functions.

Growth ERP

For Growing Businesses

  • Full ERP Software Access: Access all advanced ERP features, including project management, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Premium Support: 24/7 support with live chat and priority assistance to ensure quick resolution of any issues.
  • Regular Maintenance & Updates: Includes new features, security patches, and system optimizations on a regular schedule.
  • 14-Day Trial: A full trial period of 14 days to explore advanced features and integrations.
  • Commercial Use License: License covers businesses with up to 50 users, allowing for business growth and integration across departments. Perfect for mid-sized companies scaling operations.

Pro ERP

For Medium-Sized Enterprises

  • Full ERP Software Access: Unlock all ERP features, including enterprise-level capabilities such as multi-location management, supply chain optimization, and comprehensive analytics.
  • 24/7 Priority Support + Dedicated Account Manager: Personalized support, priority resolution, and a dedicated account manager to guide you through every aspect of the software.
  • Comprehensive Maintenance + System Optimization: Full-service maintenance, including performance reviews and optimization to ensure the ERP system is running at peak efficiency.
  • 30-Day Trial (Including Hardware Trial): A comprehensive 30-day trial with the option to test compatible hardware alongside the software.
  • Commercial Use License: License includes full commercial use rights for up to unlimited users, suitable for large enterprises with complex operations and multiple departments.

4. Plan-Specific Commercial Use Terms

  • Basic ERP Plan:
    • Users: For businesses with up to 5 users. Ideal for small teams with minimal complexity.
    • Support: Basic support during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
    • Restrictions: Not suitable for large-scale operations or enterprises requiring extensive customization.
  • Growth ERP Plan:
    • Users: For businesses with 5 to 50 users. Suitable for growing companies with moderate complexity.
    • Support: Premium 24/7 support with priority response times.
    • Restrictions: Additional user licenses may be required for larger teams beyond 50 users.
  • Pro ERP Plan:
    • Users: Unlimited users for large organizations or enterprises. This plan supports businesses that operate in multiple regions or have complex ERP requirements.
    • Support: 24/7 support with dedicated account management.
    • Customization: Extensive customization options available for enterprise-specific workflows and systems.

5. Trial Periods & Upgrades

  • Trial Period:
    • All plans come with a free trial period (14 days for Basic and Growth, 30 days for Pro) to allow you to evaluate the ERP features.
    • No credit card required during the trial period. If you wish to continue after the trial ends, you must select and purchase the appropriate plan.
  • Upgrading Plans:
    • You can upgrade at any time from Basic ERP to Growth ERP or Pro ERP to gain additional features, users, and support.
    • If you exceed the user limit of your current plan, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

6. Maintenance and Updates

  • Basic ERP Plan: Includes basic updates to ensure security and functionality.
  • Growth ERP Plan: Regular updates and maintenance to introduce new features and enhance existing ones.
  • Pro ERP Plan: Includes comprehensive system optimizations and bespoke maintenance services tailored to enterprise needs.

7. Termination and License Revocation

  • Non-Payment: If you fail to renew your subscription or make payments, your commercial use license will be revoked, and you will lose access to all ERP features.
  • Breach of Terms: Any misuse of the software or violation of licensing terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
  • Account Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will be responsible for the remaining balance until the end of the billing cycle.
